EFQ Leadership Summit
This Leadership Summit is where leaders come to be transformed. It is where they can leave knowing that they are equipped to transform their communities to make their church a better place for their community.
Local congregations today have taken a back seat and let the world pass them by while they look from within 
the four walls of the church buildings. Attendance has dwindled by at least 2% per year over the last decade because people do not find their purpose in attending weekly talks.
It is time that Christians find their identity in God. By doing so, they will find their purpose. By creating an Externally Focused Church it allows for people to grow. By allowing people to grow, communities will be developed and the true church of Christ will be born. Not a church where people come to sit and listen once a week, but a place where people come to hear direction before becoming mobile in their communities to cause transformational impact.
