Fitness First!

PETALING JAYA, JAN 25 — We will start with some introduction trails for warm up so that we can tackle the more challenging mountains later. Below is the tentative plan. Any changes will be communicated ASAP.
24th January - Gasing Hill ( easy trail - 1.5 hours to complete the track )
31st January - Gasing Hill, again.
7th February - Lolo ( 3 hours to complete the track )
28th February - Camp Pancak ( 6 hours to complete the track )
